Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, after careful consideration, we have reluctantly taken the necessary decision to restrict non-essential visitors to our Homes.

New Admissions

We are still accepting admissions into our Homes and viewings can be arranged by appointment. If you would like to make an enquiry for an admission into one of our Homes, please contact a member of management of the respective Home to do so.

Family Visits

Family visits to the Home are welcome by appointment only as per Government guidelines. It is our intention that these measures will be a temporary one and we will remove these measures as soon as we are able to.

These measures will be under constant review inline with any guidance or advice provided by the Government, Public Health England or any other regulatory body.

If you do have an essential need to visit our Homes, please do contact a member of management within the respective Home to arrange and approve this visit.

Arranging a Visit

In all cases, visits must be booked in advance with a member of management. All visitors will be asked to take health protection measures prior to entry into the Home, including the use of PPE, and for indoor visits being tested using a Lateral Flow Device. These visits may be restricted to specific areas of the Home or at specific times when a member of management is present.

We would once again like to assure you that the health and wellbeing of our Residents and staff members is our paramount concern.

We have a wonderful team of staff who is doing everything they can during these challenging times in continuing to deliver a high standard of care to our Residents and we would all like to thank you once again for your understanding and support during these times.
